Shipping & Returns Policy

◊ Shipping

We ship our products from Mainland China to anywhere in the world.

Every piece is made to order and handmade in my studio, please allow 1-5 business days for your order to be processed and packed before shipping.

We aim to get every order to you as soon as possible. But the delivery time depends on the shipment courier and destination. Please note that delivery times are provided as a guideline only and may be subject to delays caused by payment authorization, stock availability, and/or customs clearance. Please allow 24 hours for your tracking number & shipping label to update.

Please make sure your address is correct. AURNA cannot be held responsible for any delays or lost packages due to an incorrect address.

If you refuse a shipment from AURNA, you are responsible for the original shipping charges and the cost of returning the package to AURNA. We will refund you for your order minus the fees.

For international Orders, we offer free worldwide shipping on orders over $100, sent with tracking via 4PX.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, which includes returns, package rejection upon arrival and/or failure to pay duty fees. If a package is returned to us due to the customer refusing to pay duties, the customer is responsible for the duty fees of import back to China. We will refund you for your order minus the fees.

Shipping time (for reference only):

• US orders: 9-14 days

• Canada orders: 12-17 days

• EU orders: 8-12 days

• Asia orders: 3-10 days

◊ Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a 14-day return policy. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, please send an email to manana_leung@outlook.com with the following information:

• Order Number

• Reason for return

If your return is accepted, please return your item(s) to our address (will be included in the Email). Kindly understand that we are an independent young brand and, although we would love to, we don’t have the structure yet to cover your return shipping and any reverse duties & taxes. Therefore we will refund you for your order minus this fees.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds will be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item. Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to be processed back to your original form of payment.
